Move • Breathe • Restore

Join me for a gentle online hour of Pilates, breathwork and Reiki

 

Life can feel hectic, busy and overwhelming sometimes, it’s easy to forget to pause and care for yourself.


This weekly online session is designed to give you a quiet, restorative hour, helping you find a moment of calm in your busy world.

 

During the class, you will:

 

  • Move your body mindfully with Pilates and somatic inspired exercises to release tension and improve strength

  • Breathe using various breathwork techniques to optimise your body, calm your nervous system and restore balance

  • Receive Reiki energy to relax, recharge and connect with your inner calm during a relaxation in the final part of the class

This isn’t purely an exercise class, it’s a midweek ritual for your body, mind, and energy. One hour to step away from the rush, reset and nourish yourself.

 

Class Details:

 

  • When: Wednesdays at 2:30 pm UK time

  • Where: Online via Zoom (link sent after booking)

  • Duration: 60 minutes

  • Price: £12 per drop-in class | £40 for a 4-class pass (valid for 6 weeks)

  • Recording: Available for 1 week if you can’t join live

Women who want gentle, mindful movement, a pause to restore their energy and a space to reconnect with themselves in the middle of the week.
