About Me

I started my journey in music, training as a woodwind player and pianist up to a professional level. It was during my studies that I discovered just how connected posture, breathing and overall well-being really are and that curiosity led me to explore movement, anatomy and how our bodies work.

After considering a career as a professional musician, I worked in the music industry in roles like marketing, production, and publishing. But my passion for movement and healing kept growing and I realised my true calling was helping others feel better in their bodies. So, I retrained as a personal trainer and became a Pilates instructor, specialising in injury recovery and lower back pain.

I’m a certified Body Control Pilates Matwork Level 3 teacher, I have extensive training on the Reformer and Trapeze table. I’ve also studied functional anatomy, biomechanics, neurobiology and I’m a Level 3 NeuroKinetic Therapy practitioner. I’m trained in trigger point massage, pre and post-natal Pilates and certified as an Oxygen Advantage Functional Breathing coach. Alongside this, I’ve completed the Garuda Foundation Matwork program and was previously an ACSM fitness professional.

A recent and beautiful addition to my work is Reiki - a gentle energy healing practice that helps bring balance and relaxation on a deeper level. I love bringing Reiki into my sessions to support not just the body, but also the mind and spirit.

Over the years, I’ve been honoured to work with people from all walks of life, from post-operative patients and new mothers to those healing from injuries or simply wanting to move with more ease and confidence.

My mission is to create a calm, welcoming space where everyone feels safe and supported to explore the healing power of mindful movement, breath and energy work. I truly believe that this holistic approach helps people feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to themselves.
