Pilates Sessions

Feel stronger, reduce pain and move with ease through tailored one-to-one Pilates.

 

I offer private Pilates sessions in Hayes, Bromley (and online) designed specifically for you. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, experiencing back pain, want to improve strength, flexibility and posture or simply want to feel calmer and more balanced, these sessions will give you the personalised support you need to feel better in your body.

My Approach

Each session is unique and shaped around you. Depending on your goals, we may use:

  • Pilates reformer and trapeze table for resistance, support and building strength

  • Pilates matwork for functional movement and mobility

  • Breathwork techniques to improve core awareness, movement and calm the nervous system

  • Muscle testing and anatomy assessment to uncover imbalances

  • Trigger point massage to release areas of muscular tension

  • Corrective exercise strategies to restore healthy movement patterns

  • Reiki energy healing to balance energy, emotions and bring about a sense of calm and wellbeing

  • Single Private Session (1 hour): £65

  • Block of 5 sessions: £300 (valid for 8 weeks)

Location

Sessions take place at my peaceful home studio in Hayes, Bromley.

I also offer:

  • Online / remote sessions (available anywhere)

  • Home visits (on request, local only)​
