I offer private, one-to-one Pilates and movement sessions, designed specifically for you.

Each session is carefully crafted to address your unique needs and can include a variety of techniques, including the Pilates reformer and trapeze table, Pilates mat-work, breath-work exercises, trigger point massage as well as comprehensive muscle testing, assessments and corrective exercise strategies.
