These one-to-one sessions blend Pilates, breathwork and Reiki healing to support your body, mind and nervous system.
Whether you’re feeling stressed, in pain, disconnected, or simply in need of deep rest, these sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are and guide you back into balance.

What to Expect:
Each 75-minute session is completely personalised. We’ll begin with a gentle check-in, then move through three layers of support:
Mindful Movement:
Using Pilates (matwork, reformer, or trapeze table) and somatic principles, we’ll work with your body to release tension, build strength, improve posture and create more ease in how you move and feel.
Functional breathwork:
We’ll explore simple, science-backed techniques to calm your nervous system, restore energy and support better posture, movement, and resilience.
Reiki Energy Healing:
Most people’s favourite part: a deeply restful close to your session, where Reiki helps you settle into stillness, balance your energy and leave you feeling nourished and restored.

Each session lasts around 75 minutes, including time to talk before and after, allowing for a full hour of movement, breathwork and healing.

What if I only want Pilates or Reiki?
That’s absolutely fine, just let me know when you enquire and we’ll tailor the session to suit you.
Do I need equipment for online sessions?
Just a yoga mat, a cushion or towel, and a quiet space.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing you can move and relax in.
