June Strawberry Full Moon

Strawberry Full Moon in Sagittarius ~ Wednesday 11th June.

Also known as the Rose Moon (in Europe) or Hot Moon (for the beginning of summer), this is the final full moon of spring and peaked at 8:44am here in the UK.

Traditionally named by Native American and European cultures to mark the wild strawberry harvest, it is believed to be a symbol of love, prosperity and reminds us to honour life’s simple pleasures.

It can also represent a desire for change, flexibility, and exploration since it’s in the sign of Sagittarius.

This full moon invites us to stretch - not to push - and offers a moment of reflection before the high energy of the Summer Solstice and Litha later this month.
